With more than 25 years in a variety of physician practice positions, he has developed specific expertise in revenue growth, new business development, personnel infrastructure, project management, and financial management. He has a proven track record with many long-term clients, and most new clients come from word-of-mouth referrals. Prior to founding United Physicians Management Services (UPMS), Mr. Peplowski worked as practice administrator for a 22-physician specialty practice, and as the Department Administrator for the Department of Anesthesiology and the Department of Dermatology at Wake Forest Medical Center.
